missingWrote a review on Nov 15loud air conditioning
The air conditioning struggled to effectively cool the room with two smaller units operating loudly, which detracted from the comfort. Additionally, the light from outside the window could have used blackout curtains to improve the sleeping conditions. Lastly, the breakfast consisted mostly of cold options, which may not meet everyone's expectations for a bed and breakfast.

first of all, I can’t believe my room was right by the reception desk, so much for privacy. And, a big towel was all I got—definitely not acceptable for over $300 a night! I also expected a proper breakfast, not this cold food nonsense. I almost wanted to give a good review but just couldn’t.

Charming atmosphere with a perfect location
I had a lovely time staying here! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Duvall Street and the Hemingway House. The breakfast offered a delightful buffet with a great atmosphere in the backyard surrounded by trees, making it feel like a cozy escape. I loved the homey feel and the opportunity to interact with other guests. However, the air conditioning was quite loud and a bit overpowering at times.
